Double Accounts

I've been asked several times why I have two accounts. I need some help straightening this out. When I try to log in with my regular account, it says something is wrong. So I read the FAQ, and it said to recheck your spelling and password, and i did, but it still won't allow me to go on under my name. So, I was force to create another account until I can get this fixed. What do you think is wrong?

there's a link where you can retrieve the password to your email. If you still failed then I think it could be a database error.
