How do I report Donut missuse?

I have just seen a video that was uploaded that i think may not quite fall under the Anime part of our site you tell me is X-Men evoloution ok to be uploaded? If so i'll leave it be but if not i want to know how to report This video

There's a forum at the bottom of the forum index called the "Mod drop box," just post the video in there and let the mods/admins decide what to do with it.
