Test Inactive Skin did not preview the skin

...unless I activate the skin. But then, I won't be able to make changes after it's activated.

I don't know if this happened to anyone else but this has caused me made twice mistakes.. and I had to redo & reupload my skin 3 times grr

Someone ought to repair this feature, or otherwise allow us to re-upload css files to our activated skins.
