Delete video / Modify locked info - do they work?

Are these functions under "Edit Video Information" operational or were they just temporary for the VCAs? I've requested some changes/deletion weeks ago, but no reply. Just curious.

Hey,

Modifications/deletions were put on hold during the VCA voting so that people wouldn't think they could get into the contest after the deadlines. Modifications/deletions will resume soon.

I hope it resumes quick. I'm starting to think I'll never be able to change FFX2: Another Story to just FFX2.

Get's about 1/10th as many hits as it should.
