Well, every editor has a list of their favorite videos that they can fill out. So all you have to do, is go to your favorite most elite creators, and force them to fill out their lists, then compile their data into a table and calculate the overal top 10 from that. Quite simple.

Well, actually, what I was thinking is that editors are more likely to have seen all the videos that would be nominated. Not just the popular ones. Although, I suppose that's not entirely true.
