It's because a lot of people had a lot of fun there. It was too much hassle for the mods and admins, so it was deleted.

I hit 49%... so close, and yet so far...

Keeping on toipic, though, there's just no call for a fanfic section in a site dedicated to AMV's. If this were a site dedictated to Otakus, then I could see a section for fanfics, anime wallpapers, skins, fonts, AMV's, soundtracks, etc, etc. This is AMV's, and that's more'n enough for me.

Hell, my personal opinion is... oh, wait, never mind, that's WAY 'unprofessional'...
