Hey all,
What's the deal with the "Local, Direct, Indirect" download section? can someone please tell me the differences between these items and how they work for uploading and downloading videos? Thanx.

Local indicates that the video is hosted by the Org's own server. You can upload videos to the local server by going to the 'upload video' button on the member page. You need have a video entry already to do this. You can make on using the 'enter new video' link. Be sure to read the rules found durring each of these processes. You need to be a member for at least two weeks before you can download these files, which you are. 
Direct means that video can be saved by simply clicking on the direct link on the video's profile page. Just right click the link and select 'save target as'.
Indirect means that video can be downloaded from the member's personal website. The indirect link on the video's profile page will send you to the site that you can find the video at.
