why won't my video upload

i go through the whole process then get to the video confirmation screen and it says...
CONFIRM UPLOAD

You have a pending upload to confirm. You may test the upload by clicking on the filename.

video: Unbelievable Hero
file uploaded bytes

You may click the title of the video to test the download before confirming. By clicking the radio button next to the filename and clicking the "confirm video" button, the file chosen will placed for local download to the public. There can be only one local download copy of your video and that copy cannot be replaced once it is confirmed, so make sure that the file is correct and is the FINAL version of your video.

If you wish to cancel this upload, click the "cancel upload" and all files listed above will be deleted. You can then retry your video upload by requesting a new upload uid/pwd.

but there is no radio button and i can't click on the file name so is there something that i need to do to the file in my comp to facilitate the up loading of my video.i really have no idea what to do next

Hey,

Did you have any errors when you uploaded the video via FTP with the informaitn provided on the request page?

what is that ftp?i got the info off that page then there was nothing more for me to do on that page cause there didn't seem to be anymore instructions there..i then logged in under the username and passord provided and a big fat nada...what am i doing wrong ....help please!!!!!!

In fact, there were only the rules..
