Goto the "Site Help" forum and then ask "How do I download a video from this site?". You found "Video Software Help". I am pretty sure you can make your way to the "Site Help" forum. Just a few spaces below the Video Software Help forum on the main Forum Index page. Slow down, read and click properly. The mouse cannot be used as a deadly weapon.
