Local Download Resumes

Ok. I need to know how the hell I can resume the local downloads. When I right-click and try to use my download manager, Getright, it downloads the php page and not the video, and when left-clickI use IE to download it, I have to restart the download from scratch everytime my computer (which is having it's own problems) freezes up or randomly restarts.

Isn't there a resume function for local downloads? Or am I doing something wrong with Getright?
