Bug in the forum

From the thread "weird screencaps" in the general anime forum, I have seen this bug occur twice now. The first time I just marked it off as something weird, but seeing it occur a 2nd time has me worried. Sometimes when a post is made that goes onto a new page, the new page is not linked from anywhere. Basically, the post exists, but noone can read it unless they manually change the url to allow them to do so. Once another post is added, things fix back up. Sounds like an off by one error somewhere :p
Specifically, post number 766 in that thread is having this problem right now.

Just to clarify what I meant, post number 766 should be thw first post on page 53 of the thread. However, until someone makes post 767, page 53 does not exist.

all PHPbb forums suffer from this. mine does, the bebop does, TANC did, i look into ways to fix it. but its all database managment stuff. from what i know their is a patch that should help, but as of where to get it, thats a coin toss. i know its some privit owned sit tho.
