deleting a video entry?

im speaking of deleting an entry which is made into the video database.
would it be possible to grant a user access to delete the entry for one or two of their videos, if it is not hosted, or if its a messup. for instance if the video was named wrongly, or just a flub. basically what im asking for is to be able to delete the information for you own unhosted videos, or an erroneous entry.
