Star ratings question

Hi, I was wondering why my star ratings go down even though no more new stars have been added?

I check my video "Souls and Shells" this morning and i had 19 stars and 4.00 (or something close) average, I check back now and with the same amount of stars its decreased to 3.20.

Why is this?

Someone apparently changed the rating he had previously given.
