A good friend of mine can't log in. She says she hasn't been to the site for a very long time and remember her name and password.
She tried the new Reminder feature, but tells me "it said I cant log in or get a new password cuz my account is inactive "
So I advised her to try renewing her regestration. But then she says - ".....drat! ....my old one is still active and I cant renew it "
How can I help?
