mpegs dont like me

i still cant get mpegs to load up full on ftp it still gives half. im using PASV mode or what ever. would turning PASV mode off help me?? i tried doing what u said earlier phade but it didnt work. so any help is appreciated. btw if ur wondering what ftp client im using its WS FTP.

Hmm.... I always turn off the passive mode....(Arigatomyna's advice),and I don't hav problems with my ULds
