first, you must enter your video info in the database :
on the main member page, click on ENTER NEW VIDEO
there are 5 steps in which you give info about your AMV. simply follow these steps. (I think you've done this already...)
Now that your video is in the DB, click on UPLOAD VIDEO
your video appears in a list. choose this video. You'll be given an ftp login and password, with a ftp adress.
enter this ftp adress in a ftp client (smartftp, or even internet explorer 6), with the login and password. and copy your video in the root directory.
does this help ?

Get an FTP program like CuteFTP or WS_FTP from http://www.downloads.com/pinky75910 wrote:Can you tell me how to use the upload from Internet Explorer 6 please?

??? Did you at least try to upload with ie 6 ??? It is really simple...
You only have to enter the ftp adress in ie6.
Then in the "file" menu of ie6, there must be an option like "connect as". There you have to enter the login and the password that you were given.
Now you have an empty ie6 window...
Now open your Windows explorer, and go to the directory where your AMV is. (is that clear ? : you have one blank ie6 and one explorer displaying your AMV directory)
Now Drag and drop (wow, that's the tricky part, who would think that windows applications use Drag and Drop...
) your video file from your AMV directory to the ie6 window. It should start uploading. If it doesn't, then go to www.google.com and enter, for example, "ftp tutorial"

Maybe you have ie5 ?
ok, let's say you were given a login : name
and a password : pass
and a ftp adress : storage.animemusicvideos.org
then, under internet explorer, type in the adress bar :
ftp://name:pass@storage.animemusicvideos.org
it should work, but I'm not sure... (I do not have ie here at the moment...)
But the best solution would be to download a free ftp client as it has been suggested, and to learn a bit about ftp with tutorials.
