Making a sticky thread on how to upload

There are lots of people (let's call them "newbies"...) who ask how to upload their videos...

Is there somewhere a thread that explains that clearly ? This question has happend a lot in a few weeks, so I think a sticky thread would be a good Idea.

I made a guide one day, I got bored and was wondering where to post it... I think it goes in General AMV, but I'll ask Phade and find out. It's sorta complex, but understandable
