Star Scale rankings

I just noticed something about the star rankings- the system doesn't quite rank things like the review ranking system does- from what I can tell, the review ranking system goes by review score first, and in the case of a tie both videos are ranked the same. The star system, in the case of a tie, appears to default to alphabetical to rank the videos instead of either listing them as ties or going by something like the number of reviews. I think it would be nice to have both systems in sync...
