Upload Troubles

Hi, first off I would just like to thank you for this awesome service, it is just what the AMV community needs. Anyway, I am having some trouble trying to upload a video to the site. I can connect to the FTP and upload the file completely, but when I click on the file in the confirmation page, it brings me to a blank page which reads: "ERROR: File does not exist." I hope you can help me work through this problem. Thanks in advance.
