Sticky threads

Hi everyone.

I was wondering how a sticky thread is made. Cause I wanna start a sticky stating how to get game footage into the computer. I know quite well that Quu wrote one but he abandoned the project and I got permission from him to continue it. The sticky will serve as a temprary guide until I can get the actualy guide submitted to Phade.

So if someone would answer my question or better yet make a sticky for me then I'd appreciate it.
