How do I vote in the VCA 2003 final voting?

I´m sure that there is a really simple solution to this, but I just don´t see it and I´m running out of time. I´ve been trying from Saturday to vote in the VCA 2003. I´ve used a lot of time and effort to download the finalists that I already didn´t have and now I don´t know how to vote for my favorites.

I go to the site where you can vote at http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 3/vote.php and try to vote, but if I click the video name it only takes me to the video´s information/download site. If I click the creator´s link it takes me to the creator´s profile. I´m at a total loss of what to do. Could this have something to do with the fact that I didn´t realize to nominate any videos? Probably not.

I´ve already read the VCA rules, but that didn´t help and there was nothing about this at the forum expect in the FAQ:
“Why can´t I vote in polls?
Only registered users can vote in polls (so as to prevent spoofing of results). If you have registered and still cannot vote then you probably do not have appropriate access rights.” I´m registered, but don´t really understand what they mean by the ´appropriate access rights´. I think that they are talking about voting inside the forum and I´m not concerned about that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry about that. I forgot to reset the automatic cut-off date on the voting script to reflect the new voting date. It has been fixed and should work correctly now. Voting ends midnight Monday, March 3, 2003.
