I pledged my donation and paid it yesterday evening but didn't include my username in the payment by mistake. My transaction ID is 3B385000F0344413W , the transaction date/time is 4 Jul 2021 22:59:11 BST.

I have tried to resolve this twice now through the proper process with no luck can someone please respond

So your page never updates after I sent the payment in, twice. Paypal shows the cash went through both times. Still shows pending on the webpage. The money went through, so I'm not too fussed wither way, especially as I had already downloaded everything I came for before even hitting the donate page. Just had a hard drive crash a couple months ago and came back to grab all the More Than Toast and Aluminum Studios stuffs again. (RIP, miss those guys.)

If it helps, lots of things don't seem to be working right for me throughout the site.
