Having troubling uploading

ok, this point i'm at my wits end. I'm not sure what to do. My new AMV is 116 MB. I try the site uploader but all I get is "Infinity s remaining (estimated)
0 B/s" and it doesn't move even after 30 mins.

I try the FTP. It goes through and I confirm the upload but then when I go back to my profile to check, it never uploaded and the org asks if I wanted to upload the same video.

Any idea what I can do?
