How do you add Images to Comments?

Hello!
I am new to this site & I would like to ask how do you add images in your comments when you upload a video to animemusicvideos?
Like I would see AMVs that people upload & there would be like a Picture in their comments box, so I would like to know how to do that as well..
Oh & may I ask how large the image should be to fit in the comment box, too?

Try to keep it lower than 500 pixels in width, and not too long in height.
