Could I get the email changed for my other account?

Ive been a member of a-m-v.org for a very long time but my Email account tied to my other account (Pozorrogo) is long since dead.. and I forgot the password to my account
So naturally I forgot my password and havent been able to login to my account for almost a year now Which is very sad there are more videos Id like to upload that Ive done
Ive kind of abandoned a-m-v.org because I could never figure out the password again.

Anyway is it possible to have my old accounts email changed so I can retrieve the password? Or is it lost to me forever now? ((
