Subtitles in preview version

I upload recently on org.
It's encoded in mp4 container with english subtitles. But the preview version doesn't show them.
Why ?

I encoded it with Megui. It seems not to be hardsubbing. That's why Org can't encode them ?
In this case could I upload it again ?

I think the preview is set to ignore softsubs, that's why they didn't get hardsubbed (it would be more the effort to do it properly than just ignoring them, I think). If you want to upload a hardsub version on local and have a softsub on direct/indirect, feel free to request a local removal specifying the reason, and I, or some other mod, will get to it.
