I don't understand this site at all, how do you promote your video and how do you watch other people's video? I been to the member site and I can't understand it. Do you upload your video, do you give links, please help.

Moved to site help.

The usual way people promote their videos is by:
-making an announcement thread in the announcement forum when they release it
-making a banner for their video that they place in their signature (with a link to the video information page. My signature is an example of this.) When doing this though, it's easy to go over the 512 character limit, so a url shortener is handy.
-Posting in the opinion exchange forum

As for downloading videos, I'll point you to this section in Moonslayer's guide. Site layout has changed since then, but the process is the same.

Provided your video complies with the rules, you can upload your video and/or give links. I wrote a guide on uploading via FTP that should help out.

OK, well, Immediately after I posted this, I solved my problem. I uploaded my first video, how to I let people watch here? Its download ready but I want it also to be view-ready so I can read comments about it. I wanna be better at this, so opinions will be welcomed.

I can't imagine any copyright problems with a vid (if there were, admins would get contacted first, not you (read: It's a lie, why can't you just admit why you want the video down?)), but there's a request link for deletion in "Edit video info" part on the main site.
