wrong anime

I uploaded a video and accidentally put the anime as musashi instead of mushi-shi. I put in a change request a long time ago, but nothing has happened. any suggestions or help?

I see no request in the anime bug fix list ─ you sure you properly submitted the requests?

I just checked back and the request came up as rejected. I jst resubmitted the request, and tried to add the mushi-shi anime, but it does not add it to the list.
