i can't have several programmes

when i download adobe premiere,sony vegas stopped working,so i had to
delete adobe premiere. is there still a way to get both or can i just have one?
And when i have photoshop and download photoshop elements,will this problem also occur?
Because photoshop elements is similar to photoshop

PhotoShop elements is "cut down" version of PS - you don't need to have both.

Premiere and Vegas should work on one PC just fine, it must've been some mistake.

It's what she said. Probably there was an error going on with your Adobe, that restarting the computer would have worked out.
