Preview Broken?
I just noticed that a lot of the newer videos dont have a preview, so I was wondering if the queue got stuck or something.

It did - not "stuck" per se but videos are indeed not being encoded. Not a major issue - it should be resolved shortly, no need to panic! 
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
