Error code when i try to access "confirm upload" page

I was trying to upload a video yesterday and my net cut out. When I tried to go to the confirm upload page today to cancel it i got this message:

"Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received"

What do I do now? I can't cancel it or reupload or anything >_<

If it's for this video, it's still coming up as no download; have you tried requesting upload permission for it again? If I recall correctly, anything unconfirmed gets automatically wiped after X time when the upload credentials expire; if this is the case, you don't need to worry about cancelling the upload or deleting a partial file.
