Little Nemo AMV Allowed?

I was in the process of uploading the video for an AMV I have made. It exclusively uses video from "Little Nemo." I was surprised to see that this video source was struck out on the list, marked as confirmed non-anime.

While "Little Nemo" was geared toward western audiences, and therefore had Americans involved in its production, it was animated by Tokyo Movie Shinsha (TMS Entertainment). In addition, Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata were involved in early work on the film. "Little Nemo" was released in Japan first in 1989 and not in the United States until 1992.

Please let me know if I am allowed to upload my video to the site.

I kept reading little nemo as finding nemo and at first I was astonished by how stupid you were, then It clicked in my mind and I was like "ok, good"
