Minor Issue w/ forum themes

When I checked the forum a little while ago, I was getting nothing but text with none of the php formatting that would normally go with it. I went to the control panel and changed the theme from subsilver to prosilver and the problem went away. I'm just curious if this is something on my end or your end that needs to be looked at. Wurpess doesn't appear to have the problem but I do, and it isn't just Firefox (I did a quick check of IE just to make sure and I get the same issue). Below is a side by side of what I'm dealing with. Any help would be appreciated

I'm not sure. That's why I posted it here. However, whatever it was has fixed itself because I can use the subsilver theme again. If anyone had anything to do with it, thanks. Otherwise, thank you internet for being weird and making my life interesting :p
