Limit to new video/new song database entries?

I was putting in some video information and the first one went through okay, it required me to add the song used to the system since no one had used it as a source before.

I put in the next one and I encountered the same problem... and it would not let me add a new song.

So is there a limit on this?

Nevermind I figured out was was wrong, the screen hid the popup on me so it wouldn't accept any new inputs.
