I have a question about the rule number 1 for uploading a video, I know this rule is completely clear, but I form part of a group that wants to promote Anime Music Videos as a form of artistic expression here in Mexico, so in the past we have been organising Anime Music Videos contests on local events, and I was wondering if we can upload the Anime Music Videos that won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place to your server, of course giving the credit to the person who made the Anime Music Video.
