Can't Upload (refused by server)

I've uploaded many videos before but I don't think I've ever gotten this error message before.

Filezilla says:
Status: Resolving address of Kero.AnimeMusicVideos.org
Status: Connecting to 69.26.178.19:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

Is there something wrong with the server? Can someone help me please?

the server is full, and we are currently patiently waiting on getting a new one...
