"local" downloads and "none" downloads

I'm new here so I'm not exactly sure if this has been posted before so here goes

When I go to download an AMV, I see next to the quick descriptions "Local" or "None"
The "Local" I can download from, the "None" I can't.... why is that? Does it not have a server to download from or something? I'm just wondering.

It has "NONE" because the creator of the video didn't upload it...

The site's main purpose is to catalog every AMV created...not necessarily host them all.
