Time Out with Filezilla

Hi all,
I'm new to this site, and it's great to find a place supportive of AMV's!

I'm using Filezilla, and after about 20 seconds I get this "timeout" message when uploading. After 4 reconnections, the login won't work anymore. I can get around this by continuously pressing the refresh button so it doesn't timeout, but it's so annoying to do that for about 20 mins! (my speed isn't the highest)

Is anyone able to help? Much appreciated!

In my case though, Filezilla itself was the problem. I switched to SmartFTP that worked fine.

Actually, adding Filezilla as an exception for Windows Firewall did the trick
