How to resubmit an AMV video file to local

Hi,

I miscredit the song in my video, and now that I've edited it, I want to resubmit the local. I'm not allow to upload a video unless a credit a new video on my profile, which is not necessary. Do I report it as a Bug still even if it's the video file I want to change?

Use this link if you need to resubmit local,that way enter message containing the reason why you want it deleted. If you want to just change information,that is locked use this link.
