Downloaded vids... How do I watch 'em again? o.o

I can't find an option to watch already downloaded videos... I clicked on the vid I wanna watch (it''s a local download) and it just has the info and stuff. I'm using VCL Media player, so do I have to do somethng with that? dunno too much about it, sorry.
Do I have to download the vid again to watch it?
Oh, yeah, I'm new. Probably couldn't tell.

Did you "open with" instead of "save as"? When you save a video when you download it you choose where on your computer it goes.
