Difficulty commenting...

And so I'm ready to go on a commenting spree,having seen all these videos,I open "my downloads" and start browsing.And then I notice that little "submit opinion" button is gone (along with the "more opinions" one) on many of the videos...And today,I couldn't find a single video I could actually comment. Why is this happening? Help?...

Eep,I just solved it myself...
To anyone wondering: It's an IE problem,it was solved when I used firefox!
