How do they make those signature with picture & link ?

Can someone help me on how to make a signature with picture that can be click and re-direct that person to that site already tried this but did not work.

yes my attach signature is turned on

after you put the text in the sigbox are you pressing submit at the bottom of the edit profile page

yes I already used the submit botton but nothing happens also I tried putting the exact example given by the bbcode like here in the screen shot taken but with no avail.
