Video Download Queue

Request for the VCAs: "add all to queue" for the semi-finalists and finalists lists.

There'll be more videos than the maximum of 8 each time, but maybe you can queue the rest invisibly and have them appear as the initial groups are downloaded?

This would be amazing.

Oh, and maybe auto-detect and highlight already-downloaded videos, so that the user can easily identify them and remove them from the queue.

dling multiple videos (on local, at least) is pretty trippy, with all the banners and such. But no complaints here.

Also, it appears the 14 vids I had in the local queue, as well as some in the direct queue, has disappeared. I know some of them disappeared because the links change from local to direct and vice versa. Although, for some of them it appears that the link didn't change. Probably a stupid question, but would it be because they have expiration dates, or that the servers are being upgraded/worked on? Or perhaps something else?

Since kero came back online, some people are uploading to local and deleting the in/direct links. I think the queue code doesn't like that.
