Larger Avatars Now Supported!

So, after so much time having our avatars be a nice, tiny 100x100 and 16KB, we felt like the avatars need to stretch out a bit. So, our avatar features are now supersized! The Org forum now supports avatar images up to 150x150 in picture size and up to 24KB in file size.

Let's see those bigger avatars pop up. Party on. |:>

The mobile view shrinks everything down to something along the lines of 50x50 anyways. :lol:

I've just been auto-sizing my larger avatar pics down to 100x all this time. So now less re-sizing needed.
