Because of the huge drop in premiered videos between 2006 and 2007, we've actually already exceeded last year's percent qualified. However, I'm aiming for a little more. We should be getting a lot more with this extension. Especially since it looks like we had forgotten to send out a notification email to the greater .Org at the beginning of qualifications.

Only those who are participating can be nominated.

Meaning, he elected to not participate in this year's VCA's due to running the Judge's Choice Awards contest this year.

I didn't know you had to check the 'all videos entered' box every year, I thought after clicking it last year it would still be that way (no idea why I thought this)
...so thanks for the extension! :D hehe

I think, you should enable "Put your videos in catalog" by default, after creating new account. And to NOT participate, user must uncheck this flag. In this case VCA will have more videos. Think about it next year....
