Site Database Changes

Post by Phade » Sun Apr 25, 2004 11:22 pm

Hey,

Some site database manipulations have gone through. The star_count, star_avg, local_download_count, and opinion_count have been relocated internally. If you see anything wierd happen where these should show up (searches, video info, lists, etc), please let me know. Hopefully this should help with query cache performance and help get rid of a deadlock situation that pops up during really heavy usage times.

Star ratings aren't showing up for the videos I recently uploaded. Did I miss an announcement about that?

Hey,

Bug detected and squashed. The next time someone enters a star rating, the stats will update.

Hey,

Nevermind. I ran a script to update all counts and scores. They should all be correct now.
