Strange problem with Adobe Premiere.

I use Adobe Premiere 6.5 and I'm having a strange problem.
I've been compiling clips onto an audio and when attempting to put a clip onto 0:58:10, the music will stop exactly at 1:00 and the clip will run without sound until the end. It will not play music past 1:00. When there ISN'T a clip, it'll just stop at 1:00. When I move the marker past 1:00 and try and play, it'll go back to 1:00 and not play. o_o This is really obnoxious, especially because I was on such a roll! Help please?! Thank you.

Is your work area extended past 1:00 when the clip is not there? To be honest it just sounds like you don't have any music in the time line past 1:00. Hmm if you've used any effects on it (ie. change of volume) then you may need to preview it... but to be honest it should play anyway.

Yep, it is. There is music past 1:00. I've even taken the music out and it does the same thing, except it'll stop at the end of the last clip rather than 1:00.
I haven't used any effects on it, either.
