Error "Ran out of Memory" while attempting to open

Post by ChronoWraith » Fri Nov 26, 2004 2:51 pm

Whenever I try to open an AVS file or import it into premiere i get all sorts of errors. I unintalled and reinstalled the amvapp pack and it still doesn't work. i tried using just the default script output by dg index and i still go these errors. Fo playing it in WMP i get the "ran out of memory" error but i have plenty of RAM(1024) and a decent PFC(2000). this is the only program running!! how can I have that error?!?! When I try to import to premiere it claims that it has no audio or video ot that it it in use by another program. yet premiere is the only program running and I checked it with DG Index, there is video.... HELP PLEASE. it worked before but now it just stopped. ARGH this is so frustrating.

Ah I fixed it. Turned out to be a codec conflict i just uninstalled and reinstalled essential codecs and I got it working again. Wooty! Videos can again become alive!
