Well, I know where to post this, but I know it won't get looked at if I post it in the proper section, plus I enjoy making myself look noobish. :P

I've been editing for well over a year now, I've read the guides up and down, both Vic Bond's guide, and EADFAG, and although I follow the directions for scripting, it never works. Here's my script:

Now, having made that script, and made sure that the paths are exactly right, here's what happens when I open it in...

...Windows Media Player:

...VirtualDub:

...Premiere 6.0:

Does anyone have a clue what the problem is? I've been trying ever since I got a DVD drive, but this is all I get. Please and thank you.

I know on windows98 theres something you have to delete in order for the new version of AVISYNTH to work.

But as for WindowsME i'm not totally sure.

Something wrong with your d2v file. Probably using a version thats incompatable with the plugin you are using. Download the latest beta amvapp and remake your d2v file with that.

Well I tried installing the new beta version a few weeks ago, and all that did was made it to where nothing would open without me getting "RUNTIME ERROR" immediately. I wasn't even able to view videos, much less get to editing.

Actually, I've read that...didn't help. I just deleted all the amvapp stuff, everything that said avisynth in it, and installed it all manually and separately. Sripts are now working. =)

Now I just need the plugin that allows me to open avs in premiere. :?
