PICVideo MJPEG codec

I am working on my first AMV by taking ErMaC and AD's guide step-by-step (yes, someone has read the guide before posting!), I am trying to set up my .avi files for editing and the Guide says to use PCIVideo MJPEG codec.

The problem is: I can't find it in the amvapp, and the link in the guide takes me to a site where I am expected to drop $99 for it. I also cannot find anything on download.com.

Am I SOL and have to find a different codec, or is there yet a site out there where I can get this codec?

D'oh.

I tried the d/l link several times when I orignally went to the site, but it did not work. Therefore, I thought that the d/l had been discontinued. I really did not want to pay $99 for the codec.

It seems to be working for me now. Thank you.
